Global Business and Digital Arts

The GBDA program at the University of Waterloo has equipped me with the creative, technical, and business skills needed to excel in today’s fast-evolving world. I built a foundation in design, globalization, marketing, UX and business ethics. I created design-driven solutions to challenges, developed innovations, and mastered collaboration and project management through hands-on projects.

Project Highlights

GBDA 201 | Documentary

In our class, we were tasked with creating a documentary. The Danger of a Single Story, showed me first hand the intricacies of production. My group’s documentary was the only one to be featured on the University of Waterloo's Instagram.

Arts 240 | PSA Art Exhibit

We were tasked with creating a piece of art as large as ourselves.

GBDA 301 | VR and Music Education

Through this course, I had the opportunity to showcase the educational possibilities of mixed reality in music education.

CS 105 | Coded a game

In my first semester at UW, I coded a game in p5.js called Save The World. I learned basic coding skills, allowing me to communicate seamlessly with developers.
